The rooms are private and come with a dresser to store your clothes and a bed with sheets for you to sleep. The shared spaces in the home are the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, dining room and hallways. All 4 bedrooms are on the second Floor with a full bathroom on the second floor as well. On the first floor there is a half bathroom, living room, and dining room, with a closet for your coats and shoes. This home is newly renovated with carpet throughout the house, except the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. There are hardwood floors in these areas. There's a private backyard that is fenced in, with a nice big tree for shade. Come stay at our Extended Stay! This cozy Townhome can be the space you need to stay warm in this freezing weather! This is a month-to-month agreement. Each attendant who is renting is expected to pay on time and follow house rules, which we will go over during the signing of your agreement. All utilities are included in rent. The monthly rent is $700 a month, with a one-time $200 deposit for possible damages and cleaning once you move out. Each person will fill out an application to be screened. Along with the application, you will need to provide your proof of income. Applicants who have another source of income such as SSI, SSDI, or other sources of government income are welcomed to apply. Rooms are furnished with a bed, bedframe, and dresser. Leaving room for you to personalize your space. There's a closet in each room, as well as a lock and key to each room for security and privacy. Surveillance will be at the property for the safety of all the attendants. Heat is forced air and is at a controlled temperature.
