i am looking for someone to take over my lease. lease ends July 31. It is a 2/2. I am in the master bedroom so this is the one you will occupy. I have 1 roomate and we split the bills which includes rent($412), gas ($20), and electric($40). Cats and dogs are ok. Pet deposit is $300 plus $50/month pet rent. I am asking for a security deposit of $412(1 months rent) and half of pet deposit ($150). Would prefer female only, college student. This would make my roomate more comfortable. She is sweet, quiet, never had any problems. My bf and I just need our own space right now. If you have living and dining room furniture, you may bring as I will be taking all of it with me.
