We have a dual heating system which is both electric and fuel oil. It is an off peak heating system and the house is very easy to heat. Our house sits on one of the few privately owned lots on this lake. The taxes run $510.00 per year. Yes, that's right! $510.00 per year!!!! Neighborhood Description We are on the local school but route. This is a nice, quiet, country type area which has lake activity in the summer <swimming, boating, and fishing> but we live in a quiet neighborhood. There are 5 families who live in our area year round. Very good neighbors! The road is well maintained.
