This is a very clean and nice community with the coded gate and security guys. Also close to everywhere in San Diego like Downtown, Coronado and everywhere. The condo located is on the second floor which is no one living above. The bedroom is very huge and the living room also is very big. The bathroom also is amazing, big and with a very new model style. The laundry also located in a separate small room In the apartment. And also community has a public laundry with a very new and clean washer and drier. 12 months contract and after that I may renew it or not and also the rent and the deposit policy may change we have to start a new contract every year. After every year both parties have be to be agree to go for a new contract or not.
