Shared laundry washer/dryer and kitchen/dining room with a fridge, microwave, dish washer, oven, and stovetop. Double garage. I am flexible on leasing term, but prefer a longer lease term. No smoking indoors. Pets are allowed if they are fine living with a cat. You can have guests over, just need to communicate with me about it beforehand. Further communication will need to happen to establish cleaning and shared spaces.
