It is approx 1700sq ft not including the basement per the listing when we first rented. It has an updated bathroom and kitchen with tons of storage and counter space, has a one car detached garage, a huge unfinished basement for additional storage with washer/dryer hookups, and the building manager is so sweet and responsive. Rent is 1425 (or potentially less if no pet) and you're a very short walk away from a few restaurants/bars with outdoor patios, and even a little wine shop! This apartment does allow up to one pet. We are looking for a subletter to move in by Dec 1st and the lease would end sept 30 2023. If interested, please message me and we can set up a time to look at the apartment. There is a rental application fee through KRG in which they do background check.
