This place is perfectly set on the front portion of Timber Pointe in Avalon Park that's close to Waterford and UCF. It has a two car garage and there's always plenty of parking around the neighborhood. It includes an enclosed backyard and a front lawn that is maintained weekly and there's a community pool in front of the house. It's also very close to Wal-Mart Marketplace, Publix, Starbucks, fastfood, etc. You'll have your own private room on the top floor with a bathroom and walk-in closet. I have some furniture in the house right now, but there's plenty of space for more. I keep a motorcycle in the garage, but you're welcome to have the other space as I generally park in the front of the house. Looking for someone who can take on a lease with me through the end of March. My landlord will require a credit score of 650 or higher. We'll share monthly bills (electric, internet, utilities). With my current roommate, our bills have been $130 each at max. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is a respectful, clean professional or student who is capable of paying their bills on time.
