Home is almost always vacant as owners are always away for work. Home is equipped with high speed internet, electricity, and water all included in rent. Room is equipped with a queen bed, linens, and closet space. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes an electric stove, refrigerator, electric grill, air fryer etc. Lease agreement is 3 or 6 months but will consider month to month. Pets will be considered based on breed and training. A refundable pet fee of $200 is required for pets. Yard work and other maintenance will be the responsibility of the owner. Utilities are included in rent. Tenant is expected to clean up after themselves. Tenant is responsible for their own groceries and toiletries. Owner and Tenant must give at least a 30 day notice prior to any request to vacate. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Tenant is allowed 1 car in the driveway.
