This is not a bnb and I am not the maid. Each occupant is responsible for own linens and cleaning their own room. Month to month lease w 30 day notice by either party. No animals of any sort. No smoking, drugs, weapons. Utilities vary but combined water and electric/gas usually runs between $150-$300 per month. This will be split equally.
