This is a sublease. Home is being rented as is. Current tenant is looking for someone to occupy the home by 11/15/17. Their current lease obligation does not end until 7/31/2018. At that time, the lease will renew in new tenants name or you can vacate at that time as well. If interested in viewing the home, please text the current tenant at 804-301-7584 to coordinate. Once you have viewed the property, you can come to our office to fill out an application, pay $20 app fee and provide proof of income. Security Deposit is due within 2 days of being approved and that holds the property for up to 3 weeks. At that point you pay your first months rent and move in.
