Our central location is close to downtown, the university, and the best grocery store in town. Hop on your bike and ride the path just a few blocks away and you'll be downtown in just a few minutes, or casually stroll the river path and be downtown in 20 minutes. The home has been well cared for by its owners who added a large walk-in closet to the master bedroom, updated and painted the upstairs bedrooms, and most recently updated the main bathroom. The main bathroom will be completed and brand new for the tenants! Master bedroom has a king bed, upstairs guest room has queen bed, and downstairs guest room has king bed. The downstairs area also has its own bathroom. We are planning to rent the house furnished but we are willing discuss what works best for everyone. There will still be plenty of room to store bikes, grills, etc., but probably not enough for a car. One small storage room under stairs will also be off limits to renters. No unsupervised children in hot tub. Driveway/ off street parking fits two cars. Tenants responsible for minor upkeep (changing light bulbs, maintaining hot tub, raking leaves, shoveling snow). We can provide shovels and rakes. Landlord responsible for major repairs. Hot tub will not be guaranteed but we have had it for about 5 years without any problems. Pets welcome so long as the tenants clean up after them. The home is in a great neighborhood so looking for folks who will be good neighbors.
