Renters pay for all utilities. Owner will pay for yard maintenance. Small to medium size dogs are allowed. Renter to pay last month rent and damage deposit upfront. Damage/Pet deposit will be refunded provided there are no damages at lease end with the exception of $200 for cleaning. There is no smoking in the home. No more than 2 cars are allowed to park on property without owners consent.
