Only a short 20 minute commute to downtown Portland. Once you see it, you will want it! Excellent internet connection. First and last months rent upon signing contract. House comes fully furnished. We will not store our furniture. Renters pay for electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet/phone, and final cleaning. Renter is responsible for lawn/garden maintenance. No smoking indoors and no use of chemical air fresheners. Small children need to be supervised at all times due to potential cliff danger. $1000 extra cleaning fee for pets.
