Your 10 x 12 ft unfurnished bedroom is big with a decent size, sliding mirror closet and laminate wooden floors. Your room has a brand new ceiling fan and newly painted white walls. It's 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. You'd have your own bathroom, I'd have my own bathroom, and we would share the shower (located in your bathroom). My roommate is moving out March 30th so I am looking for a replacement to move in/start paying rent by/starting April 1st. I am a laid back 32-year old female looking for a female roommate, also in her late 20s or early to mid 30s to fill her place. I typically do my own thing and work M-F 8-5 managing a homeless shelter downtown. I like to go out and be active on weekends and have wine and margaritas, but don't bring the party back home. I'm cool with having people over, but if agreed upon in advance with minimum overnight guests. I am very clean and considerate, and definitely want a roommate who is the same (this is very important). I have a golden doodle who is well-behaved and ask for no other pets, please. There is a lot of parking around the unit, with a tandem parking spot in our driveway included. On-site laundry with quarters, storage in a garage we share, great neighbors, amazing location! The lease is flexible, we can discuss together. I prefer having a 6-month contractual agreement versus a month-to-month, so as to avoid this process again.
