There is a lot of foliage on the outside which gives the house a peaceful feeling with good shade. The back patio is yours when you want sit outside, or bar b q and enjoy the grill. Meanwhile when you need it the AC and heater crank! Come have a look! Tenant is responsible for utilities. Wifi, electricity, gas, etc.
