It is very quiet and peaceful here. There is a view of the water from the suite. On sunny days we can watch the sailboats on the water. The suite is located in the lower floor, there are several outside steps down and up from the suite entrance. The suite has it's own private entrance, kitchenette, and private bath. It has internet, internet TV, and the utilities are included. There is a washer and dryer available for your use and an outside parking space. Owner pays utilities. No pets or smoking or vaping are allowed on the premises. This is a mostly quite living environment. Minimum lease 6 months.
