Each of the 3 squares provide free nightly entertainment, shops, restaurants, and more. Golf, Pools, Pickleball, Recreation Centers, Tennis, Volleyball, Softball, and Billiards, are just a few of the numerous activities that The Villages has to offer.
This vacation home sleeps 6, and features a split floor plan, with 2 guest rooms on the opposite side of the house.
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart HDTV, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Each of the 2 guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, with a bathroom tub/shower combo in between.
The open floor plan provides a kitchen, living room, dining room, and Florida room. This turnkey furnished home features a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, Keurig coffee pot, luxury vinyl flooring, plantation shutters, large wall-mounted smart HDTV, inside washer and dryer, Roomba automatic vacuum, smart thermostat, and vaulted ceilings, which are just some of the amenities this home has to offer. There is a screened in lanai in the back, featuring a large yard to enjoy the weather, but not the Florida bugs. We are also a member of the Neighbors SAVING Neighbors (NSN) Lakewood Drive Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) Program.

$1500 Reservation Fee is due within 7 days of booking, which is NON-refundable, unless written cancellation is provided at least 60 days prior to lease commencement date. At move-in, this fee will become your Security Deposit.
Rent, Lodging Taxes, and Cleaning Fees are due 60 days prior to lease commencement date. If canceled in writing after the final payment is made, Lessor will refund all Rent that the Lessor is able to recoup for the lease term. The Cleaning Fee will be refunded at 100%.
