Looking for a room mate "1" to share my home in a really great subdivision here in Montrose. Room comes with your own bathroom, we share living room, kitchen, laundry. You have a parking spot in driveway. Back yard is set all up for bbq. I have deer come through which is nice. No drugs, pets or partiers!! Looking for someone whose easy going and middle aged like me. I live in a great subdivision, very safe for we have a crime watch program along with allot of police and sheriff that live in here. Rent is $500 month plus we split utilities. If you smoke cigarettes, must smoke outside. No drugs!! I'm not 420 friendly, sorry..even the smell gives me bad migraines. I'm a pretty clean person so my roommate needs to be as well..
