People are always walking and jogging around town. Kids walk unattended to and from school without feeling threatened. Another nice aspect of Fort Thomas is that each neighborhood is assigned their own police officer. Residents can contact their designated Officer with neighborhood issues. We utilized this service when we were out of country for a month this summer. We notified our Officer and he patrolled our house while we were away. We even received email correspondence from him during our trip. It offered us a great sense of additional security.
