ROOMATE APPLICATION I'm living here currently and have an extra room AND full bathroom I'm trying to rent out. It's actually a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1080sq ft apartment. The rent of 700$ I have listed is your half of EVERYTHING, it will never cost more and may even cost less depending on how much water and electricity you decide to use. That includes electric, water&sewer, pest control, brand NEW washer and dryer in the unit, etc. These beautiful apartments are in a nice secluded area located off the north east side of market street (the opposite direction of downtown). It's only 10 minutes from Wrightsville beach, it's got a laid back higher class feel to it compared to downtown Wilmington. The apartment is unfurnished so bring whatever you want to have in it like your own bed and couch or what not. There's ton of features with this apartment first thing you should know is it's all newly renovated the fridge and dish washer and stove are the only things not brand new and they're all less than 5 years old. I don't utilize much space at all because i actually moved here recently so I only have what I could fit in my car. The apartment complex itself is only about 5 years old and has a lot of new features to offer this year for the first time since they opened. The pool isn't new but it's a well maintained in the ground pool, all the chairs and tables are brand new, we have a brand new rec room and gym that opened up just TWO WEEKS AGO! The gym is decent I workout in it every day since I can't afford a membership yet and it gets the job done even for someone like me who's actually training for something, the rec room has brand new pool table, flat screen tv with couches and chairs to kick back in, a kitchen with a nice coffee machine (NO LIMIT!), and some tables to enjoy your coffee at. we have two charcoal grilling stations, a dog park, a play ground, we're getting a hammock section by the end of this month to kick back and relax, and their putting in a gas grilling station by the pool! I'm a 20 year old male looking into college out here, I don't drink, smoke,etc but every once in a while I will go out late on the weekends (only if I don't work the next day) just to get out of the house and socialize. I'm not some boring nerd that mommy and daddy fund to live comfortably, I'm actually a really laid back hard working mature young adult with dreams I plan to achieve and champagne taste hence why I live in these apartments and not one the "party plaza's". I won't make you pay the full month of June if you move in half way thru June I'm not trying to pull a fast one on you I just need a respectful roommate to pay their half of the bills. My parents have enough money to LOAN me if I'm short this first month or two since they know I'm getting on my feet but after that I'm on my own so don't expect me to pay your bills I have my own to worry about THANKS! Sorry if I come off rude I don't want someone irresponsible moving in with me so this is my way of thinning out the crowd lol
