The beach is one block away; you can hear the surf from inside the house. There are miles of empty beach to the north heading towards Coronado; at low tide it's a runner's/biker's paradise. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house is modest and well-maintained, with a fenced back yard. Bedrooms are medium-small, with a full bath in the hall and a full bath off of the main bedroom, which has a sliding glass door to the back patio.
