We have flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the living room. Enjoy your next getaway in this quiet neighborhood, which is very close to the Port Charlotte beach complex, shopping, restaurants, fishing, bike riding, Kayaking, ect. Everything can be done right from this home close to everything. Pets must be approved by owner. Jan thru April is $3,500 minimum 3 months stay May to Dec. $2,500 Weekly rentals also can be arranged for $1,600 a week May thru Dec. Questions call Dave at Owner pays trash, water, sewer and electric with a cap of $150.00 on the electric and the lease is for a 3 month minimum. This is not a year around rental.
