But when you are sitting on your balcony sipping your whiskey (or tea) you wouldn't be bothered by any noise anyway. The living room is MASSIVE. And that's not an exaggeration. Go pick out the biggest L shape sectional you can find and you will still have more than enough room for a 6 person dining table. Yeah...this is one of those "No WAY" moments that is actually a total WAYYYYY. The bedroom will comfortably fit you KING (yes you read that right) bed with room to spare. Ample closet space and the bathroom has those slick sliding glass doors that have eluded me in all of my nyc dwellings. The building comes with the friendliest 24 hour doorman you could want, an immaculate lobby and a laundry room to boot. 4/5/6 trains nearby. Am I forgetting anything?
