Adorable townhouse ready by Sept 1st for an 11 to 23-month lease. The landlord keeps up with the maintenance of this unit really well. The a/c is just a couple of years old, and the microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher were just replaced this past year. The carpet will be cleaned when this tenant moves out but it's just a couple of years old.
