The last day to fill out an application for this trailer will be Sunday, August 16th. And remember, anyone over the age of 18, must have a full employment history, criminal background check, financial background, and eviction report ran by Zillow. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home on approx. 1/2 acre lot. The whole trailer was completely remodeled in April 2026. You have to see it to believe how nice it is. Mobile home has a metal roof covering the complete roof and an added covered parking area and a covered walkway going to the covered front porch. A brand new back deck was added in April 2026 which also has solar post lights all the way around the deck. Inside of the mobile home has also been updated and new features added in April 2026. Kitchen cabinets were restrained and polyurethane applied, all new cabinet hinges and handles were added. New kitchen faucet was installed with the extendable hose sprayer. A new glass top, self-cleaning stove was put in the mobile home in May 2026. Living room was updated with 2 sets of 3 Recessed LED can lights installed in wooden casing and a new ceiling fan was installed with LED lighting. Small bedroom has a new LED light fixture and sliding doors added to the closet. Bathroom has a brand new vanity and sink with faucet installed. Added a double door storage cabinet above washer area and added a new LED light in center of bathroom and a new 3 LED vanity light above the sink and mirror. Master bedroom has a new ceiling fan with LED light fixtures. All outlets and light switches throughout the whole mobile home were replaced with brown switches and outlets and new oil rubbed bronze faceplates were installed throughout. All ceiling, floor, and window molding was removed and replaced with stained molding throughout. All bedroom doors and the front and rear doors were repainted and new oil rubbed bronze doorknobs were put on all doors. There are NEW FAUX WOOD MINI BLINDS installed on every window as well. There are brand new motion activated dusk to dawn outside lights at both the front and back doors. We installed a solar motion avtivated light in the parking area so you don't come home to a dark carport. Mobile home is in the following school districts: Harmony Elementary, North Iredell Middle, and North Iredell High School. The power will be through EnergyUnited and the water is through Iredell Water. We do require all of our tenants to carry renters insurance on our properties. All rental applications must be filled out through Zillow Rentals only. DO NOT CONTACT THE OWNER TO SKIP THE PROCESS, IT WON'T WORK WELL FOR YA. Owner pays for weekly trash pickup. Lease is for 6 months and will either renew for another 6 months at the end of first six month lease or lease will automatically switch to month-to-month lease. The power and water must be put into the tenant's name/names, before they will be allowed to begin moving into the mobile home. We require all of our tenants to carry renters' insurance on the property before moving in also, this is a protective measure for our tenants. We prefer NO PETS, but IF YOU MUST HAVE THEM, we require a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit per pet on top of security deposit and then there will be an additional $40 per pet added to the monthly rent amount. Any dogs that are on our insurance companies' dangerous dogs will not be allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO ONES DOG IS WORTH MY INSURANCE BEING CANCELLED. I'm sorry. We will not tolerate continuous barking of pets disrupting our other tenants. If that does become an issue, you will have to get rid of the pet or move from our property. It isn't fair to our other tenants to have to tolerate any excessively loud animals. We do not allow smoking inside our rentals; you are free to smoke outside all you want. We don't tolerate loud music or any illegal activities on/in our properties; that's immediate grounds for eviction. Tenants will be responsible for neat and clean property inside and out, mowing their own yard or paying someone to mow it, we do not tolerate any junk or non-drivable cars sitting around our properties. We DO NOT ALLOW ANY SUB-LENTING PERIOD. If the person is not on the lease, they will not be allowed to stay at our properties. Prospective Tenants must pass an eviction, criminal, and complete background check that they will be responsible for paying for through Zillow or Doorloop. All persons over the age of 18, who intend to live at our property will be responsible for the same background checks as well, at their own expense.
