This house was built in 1894. I purchased it in 2019 will full intentions of renovating it. It was a rental house for decades and it has been neglected and abused for years. It includes an early pioneer granary that is much older than the house. I believe the granary to be a remnant of the original farm that occupied the property. I spent 4 years preparing the renovation including Architectural and engineering that includes plans for a 625 square foot addition and compete renovation of the existing house and restoration of the granary which is 2 levels and would make a fantastic artist studio or even a tiny apartment. My situation has changed, and I’ve lost my funding. I must pass her on to someone else who can save her. The house is in a neighborhood that is upcoming, and there are new construction projects all over the area. It is one block from the Utah State Fairgrounds and a short distance from the proposed Major League Baseball Stadium project. To clear the title and loans I cannot take anything less than $340,000, This is not negotiable. Any brokerage commissions would have to be added to that amount. I am not interested in listing it, and I will not accept any offers with intentions to demolish this house.
