I have a room for rent in Port Chester, NY. Great location, close to the train station, in a nice part of town. You would get two rooms and your own bathroom in your own section of the house. A lot of privacy. 3 guys currently live in the house and we are all easy going and clean. There is a large backyard, private parking, washer/dryer. Rent would be $1100 and includes utilities but not the occasional small costs we all chip in on (house keeper, and cleaning products). Looking for an easy going person(boy or girl doesn't matter but no couples) around 30 years old. Thanks for looking!
