We've made many improvements since we've moved in here. There's room for more but our lives are taking us in a different direction. We upgraded the insulation in the attic. We replaced the baseboard heat with a ductless heat pump that has heating & air conditioning. We installed energy efficient wall heaters for the back up heat & there's also a working wood stove that is wonderful. We replaced the windows with energy efficient windows 3 years ago. The 2 big picture windows have the custom, energy efficient blinds on them. There is a small storage room behind the house accessible from the outside only. I store all of my seasonal decorations out there. It's seen in 1 of the outside pictures behind the house, back by the heat pump. Behind the shed there is a small wood shed. Also, a nice big corral for your animals, loading chute, & shaded pasture. We have 2 wells; 1 deep well & 1 sand point. We run off the sand point most of the time although both are working. The pumps for both are inside the house where the water heater is, as seen in 1 of the pictures. Excellent location!! Within 5 miles from town, within a couple miles from the interstate, its fast & easy to get anywhere!
