Extra outdoor storage space on one of the balconies. The $2,450 monthly payment includes rent, gas, electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Renter is responsible for cable and any other monthly or annual fees outside of those utilities. Absolutely no smoking. It is a quieter community and we would ask that renters keep the noise to a minimum after 10 pm, particularly on the balconies. No subletting (guests who stay longer than 3 weeks at a time is considered subletting). If the owner decides that pets are allowed after the application process, all pets must be cleaned up after (both in the unit and on the community grounds).
