Ft) Has 2 bedrooms a master bedroom with a large closet and bathroom and a smaller bedroom with a walk-in closet 2 bathrooms (master bedroom and one more) A large balcony facing south (towards downtown Miami) with nice views of the east, south and west it's perfect to see the sunrise, sunset and sunbathe Plenty of storage areas besides (a large closet in each of the bedrooms and 3 other closets/storage areas for a total of 5) Electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher Tile floor in living room, bathrooms and kitchen; carpet in bedrooms Located in the 8th floor with 2 fast elevators in the building Laundry room just down the hall water is included in rent (electricity and internet are on you) The community is: Pet friendly! I have a dog (there is a fee to register your dogs/cats and they pay a small fee per month but this is waived if your pet is an emotional support animal) Very family oriented and quiet; my neighbors are very nice and respectful You can't hear any noise from other apartments Very responsive and attentive management and maintenance team There is a small gym in the first floor There is a pool and a grilling area/picnic tables Plenty of small green areas in the community Plenty of parking spaces (the apartment comes with 1 parking spot included in the rent, but you can add extra cars (I believe there is a registration fee) Plenty of restaurant, supermarkets and all types of businesses in the area Safe neighborhood and very accessible to major highways like I-95 and major roads like Biscayne Blvd. Terms: Monthly Rent is $1965 You will take over my lease from February 15th through September 25th, 2023. You will have the option of renewing afterwards The security deposit is $1965 (one month rent) application fee ($100 per applicant) Be ready to fill out an application for the management to approve your application (they will check your credit, criminal record and rental references for the last 2-3 places where you lived) - Social Security required. * Proof of income required in the application (3x rent or more) * good credit required
