I am moving and need someone to take over the rest of the lease on my apartment, which expires 8/15/2021. The unit is located in the Camden Sedgebrook complex in Huntersville, a 5 minute drive from Lake Norman, and only a short walk to excellent dining and shopping at Birkdale Village. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly, with a swimming pool, playground, fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor grills, and ample parking. Pets are welcome, including large dogs, and there are several dog parks nearby. Here are the details of the apartment itself: - Total square footage: 763 - 1 bedroom with walk-in closet - 1 bathroom - Hardwood flooring everywhere except the bedroom - In-unit washer and dryer - Outdoor patio - Comes with standard kitchen appliances: microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven/range - 42" maplewood cabinets - tons of cabinet space - Central air conditioning and heating - Ample outdoor parking; can get private garage for $30/month The complex charges a $75 application fee if you decide to apply.
