The building is currently occupied by a mix of owners and renters. My wife and I lived there ourselves for 6 years prior to renting it. The condo is conveniently located about a mile from the South Shoreline light rail station. Amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, gas fireplace, forced air heating, and deck. Two covered off-street parking spots are included. No smoking of any kind. The condo and carpets have just been professionally cleaned, so please be prepared to remove your shoes or wear provided shoe covers while you view the property, to keep the carpet clean for our future renters. $2700/month.
