I will update the bathroom and the outside of the home for sure, before summer. There's an Elementary/Middle School less than 2 streets over and the High School less than 1 mile. The rent is $1250 per month and this includes water. Tenant is responsible for gas & electric. The security deposit is 1.5 months rent so $1875. I prefer section 8, but I'm willing to accept cash paying tenants with NO PRIOR EVICTIONS EVER, no pending court cases. Must submit a background check. This will not necessarily disqualify you, depending on the charges and circumstances. You will also need to submit your credit score. If your credit score is under 700, I will consider renting to you, but you must show a good rental history and long term employment. Also if your credit score is less than 700, you may be required to pay 2-3months advance rent. I do not charge an application fee. You may complete the application process here on Zillow, and you will also be required to send required documentation and references to my email, for further review. We would also have a phone or video interview. Lastly, 1-2 pets are allowed. Domestic pets only. There is a one-time returnable pet deposit fee of $500. I do not charge a monthly pet fee. You can have 2 small pets at the most, but you will only need to pay $500 for one or both. You will not be charged twice for the pet deposit fee. FYI: The address is hidden but the location is nearby East State Fair/Hayes in Detroit. First month rent, last month, and the security deposit is required for cash paying tenants. Also, if your credit score is very low, you may be required to pay an additional month advance rent. Those with section 8 vouchers, only need to pay the security deposit of $1875.
