This is back open again for someone to rent! We are less than a mile from the gulf making it easy to enjoy the beach life. This is a mandatory 55 and over community. (No one under the age of 55 living in the home.) Pool and clubhouse are very nice. Friendly neighborhood as well with only 55 homes in the community. This is a minimum 6 month rental. The rent includes all fees. Includes electric, internet/cable, trash, and water. Lawn care provided as well. A few landscape beds will need to be maintained by renter. Absolutely must be 55 or older and all renters living in home must be on the lease. Maximum 2 parking spaces per home. These are community rules. No exceptions. Non-smoking. No pets. New screened in porch and appliances. Come give Florida a test run during those cold winter months up north!
