I like to have few people come over to hang out occasionally and I visit my family in Orange County almost every other weekend. I've been snowboarding for over 10 years, I'm into hiking, working out and boxing, very easy going and I like meeting new people. 2nd roommate: His name is Ross. He just moved to San Diego from Sacramento. He works full-time as an Analyst. He's outgoing, respectful, and very easy-going! YOU: **Looking for a MALE roommate who is a working professional, outgoing, and respectful. (NO COUPLES) **BEING CLEAN IS IMPORTANT**. Must be employed with steady income. NO PETS ALLOWED, doesn't bring the party home, occasional hangouts are perfectly ok, stable job, good credit and must be able to make monthly payments on time! ROOM on 1ST floor: $1501 monthly rent + utilities. The monthly rent INCLUDES parking spot in garage and your own bathroom. LEASE 1-year $1200 deposit Dimensions of the room: 9ft X 16ft. Plenty of space for a queen bed, TV, and a desk and even a small sofa. Room also has a large closet. You get 1 spot in the garage to park your car Things we split between 3 of us: Utilities: gas/water/electric/internet It's roughly $75-$100/person a month (depending on usage) Kitchen/cleaning supplies (garbage bags, dish pods, etc. - usually $20 per person) whenever we need it basis.
