Our Park Model home, often called a Tiny Home is located at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park and Retreat, Terrell Tx. the Retreat area of the park is reserved as a 55+ community of Park Model Homes. Your monthly site fee is 700.00 plus electricity. After purchase, you can arrange to move your cottage to your own property. Water, trash lawn care is included in your monthly site fee. All appliances are included in the purchase price. We installed a new HVAC mini split system year. Enjoy your patio gazebo, fire pit with 4 chairs.
