All units are air conditioned and consist of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a large closet and a small galley kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove and refrigerator. There is an updated no pet policy and a requirement that you have proof of renter's insurance. The rent will be $1900.00 which includes the charge for water and internet. As the apartment complex is still under construction, at this time we do not have internet available. We will be discounting the rent to $1830.00 a month until the internet is reconnected. The lease is for 1 year, we have a no pet policy and a no smoking policy. Water is a $50 flat fee every month added to the base rent. Internet is a $70 flat fee every month added to the base rent. Electric will need to be set up by the renter in their name at FKEC.
