It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a loft. The entry and both bathrooms have heated floors. It has a gas fireplace for nice ambience but also provides great heat.There is a large deck that faces out to open space and easy access to trails and flat Creek if you want to wet a line. We have a garage where we store a car but we would give access to keep bikes and skis. Owners will pay for internet and water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric and trash. No pets allowed. Security deposit of one month's rent. would like if unit is cleaned by cleaning service every other week Max 2 people. Only 2 cars allowed. 2 references required from landlords and workplace.
