Aloha! I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Kinoole (between W Kawili and W Ohea) for rent available Dec 7. Pictures do not reflect furniture included (there is a washer/dryer and one queen bed, can add a loveseat or two). Rent is $2200 plus $300 for utilities ($2500 a month including high speed internet, water, gas, electricity). First month's rent and a $2500 deposit are required. Looking for a short term renter; 1-3 months preferred. All adult tenants will need to be on the lease. I will also need a previous landlord reference, proof of finances (bank statement or pay stub), and employer reference from all adult tenants. This house is on a four house lot in the back away from street noise with a sweet little backyard. Pets are negotiable with an additional pet deposit. The house will not be available to show until Dec 6 (due to the current tenant situation), but I am free to talk prior to that. I'm looking for responsible, mature, and financially stable tenants (no smoking cigarettes in/around house, no hoarding, 2 cars max, no ragers). I do not live on the premises full time, but there is a detached ohana where I will stay when I am on island. A little about me, I am 41, working as an oncology nurse living in California. I love to do anything outdoors, I play music, and I also am very involved in the arts. I am a very attentive landlord; if it needs to be fixed, I will respond promptly. That being said, since I am off island I would love to find someone who is handy for minor fixes (change a light bulb, tighten a loose bolt, etc.), can mow a lawn (likes gardening is a plus), and who is willing to call a handyperson (i.e. plumber) knowing that I will reimburse for costs.
