So one couple with kids can think renting two rooms together with total rent $1100. All rooms have their own bathrooms. The rent includes dish washer, laundry usage and we are going to share utilities, internet. All tenants are friendly, responsible, quiet and easy going. I am looking for a responsible house mate or a couple house mate that can pay rent on time and share some utilities bills we have. Someone that has a full-time job.
