Once the Lease has ended it can be extended at that time if all parties agree. Tenant is to pay First months rent and security deposit (a pet deposit as well if needed) at the time of move in with a cashiers check, money order or cash. Tenant is responsible for all utility bills: electric, city water and trash pick up and Enbridge gas etc. Lawn care is the responsibility of the tenant and will need to be kept mowed and clean. No smoking inside of the home. Limit on what kind of pets are allowed and how many. This can be discussed at the time of home tour. No free roaming pets or animals permitted.
