Heritage Pointe is an excellent community located just ten minutes from Fort Myers Beach, five minutes to the Sanibel Bridge, and walking distance to multiple stores and shopping. This community includes a gorgeous pool and spa, recently renovated clubhouse with a fitness center and lending library. Grills, Bocce ball, cornhole, and a putting green make up the community gathering area. Beautiful walking paths are throughout the community. In addition to all that, Heritage Pointe has many community events throughout each month. This property is available starting January 1st, 2026 and we are flexible on end dates. Season (January-April) pricing is $3,500 per month which includes your electricity, water, cable and internet.
