I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house. There is a tenant in the basement, but the main floor will only be shared with me. Utilities split 3 ways(average about $130/person/month). The bedroom is spacious with a large closet. The photos show a queen bed(I will remove) with plenty of space for other furniture. There is a shed in the backyard with some additional storage space, fenced in back yard, big front porch, washer and dryer, and dish washer. The room is available starting 10/7. LGBTQ+ friendly. About me: I am a 32 year old male. I play drums and am in a band that rehearses at the house once a week in the evening. Otherwise, I generally practice during the day. I spend time playing video games, snowboarding, rock climbing, playing disc golf, traveling, making music, and going to concerts. I have a partner who has a dog, and they come over 2-3 times a week. I'm considerate, laid back, and an assertive communicator. I don't host people very often but have friends visit from out of town about every other month. I like to keep a clean house, and a dirty kitchen is one of my pet peeves. I am environmentally conscious and need a roommate who shares those values. I have been accurately described as a hippie. You: Musicians welcome! Relaxed roommate who cares about the environment and keeps common areas clean. May have a pet, but they need to get along with my partner's dog. Working from home may not be the best option due to noise from the drums during the day. If we're a good fit, I will ask for references from past roomates.
