Downstairs has a 40’ x 50’ concrete covered area with tables, fish cleaning station and sinks, boiling area, and swings. There is also a 10’ x 20’ elevated storage room with a ½ bath. There are 3 boat slips, 2 are covered with boat lifts for 22’boat(only one in service). There is also a 20’ x 22’ overwater fishing and swim platform. This camp is on leased property with a 25 year lease at $150/mo. This place is really a paradise, but time for a new owner.
