It is just minutes from highway 99 and 18, shopping, Discovery Park, the Evergreen and McMinnville Historic Museums. Minnville has some of the lowest rates for electricity, water and sewer in the state, is a very safe community and is a great place to raise children, work or retire. Our son and his wife and children live here and they love it here!
