This home is in such a very low crime area. With a corner lot, the back yard is huge and I only have two neighbors sharing a fence line. The residence here are primarily retired and home all day, as well as out of the rat race making the environment all the more relaxed and safe. Rarely do I witness speeding on our streets. Most yards are meticulous. The nearby shopping options are the best in town. Several nice parks are nearby. Nearly every time I leave the neighborhood I pass a dog walker or two but I never fine "doggie leftovers" in my yard :-). Just the conscientious attitude of my great neighbors make this the best neighborhood in town.
