This home has been completely updated since we bought it in 2008. We updated & opened up the kitchen by removing a wall, added ceramic tile, new cabinets & countertops. We updated the upstairs bathroom, replaced the rod iron handle rail on the stairs in the living room with a half wall and wood hand rail. We have replaced the aluminum wiring with copper throughout the house. We removed the "popcorn" ceiling throughout the house and added fir wood tiling to the vaulted ceiling in the living room. All light fixtures have been replaced, we also purchased a new HVAC & water heater in 2008.
