Private room with a big window. The room includes a closet, desk, chair, dresser, single bed, fan, and baseboard heating. The door has a lock on the knob. The floors have been recently renovated to vinyl (although the photos show carpet). There is a bathroom outside the room that offers the option of privacy for an additional fee. Otherwise, it is shared with me. The kitchen is available for cooking and eating in. You have access to a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and sink. You will have your own storage space for your own dishes and snacks. We will not share items (except a select few) to avoid having access to specific items at the same time. This is only a room rental and not a house rental, so the living room area and balcony are not available. Lease duration can vary depending on if it is a good fit or not for both you and I. No smoking or drinking. There is parking all around the complex, it is not limited. Prefer no pets. I will have a dog occasionally (dog sitting for parents, she is friendly).
