The home is located within the Makahuena Resort and has shared features such as a pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor lounge chairs, and viewing areas. Otherwise the home's amenities are private. There is a path from the condo to the ocean just a few meters from the property, it continues from the condo to Shipwreck Beach and afterwards on to Mahalepu Beach Trails which is great for beach hangs, running, walking, biking, hiking, ect. 9 surf breaks are within a 5 minute radius of the property including Waiohai, Shipwreck, Kapus, First Break, Left Left's, PK's and Centers. Shipwreck, Kapus and Waiohai are visible from the property making it convenient to observe the surf conditions throughout the day.
