Best to have a good rental history. no paid cable service hooked up, we do have Amazon Stix to use. There will be a Cleaning fee of 225.00 on 30 day or longer term rental periods unless you clean it and take your garbage with you to be as it was before you moved in. garbage pickup fees and winter time snow care cost for the apartment side driveway ,decks and walk way is your responsibility, after the first month renting a walk though inspection will be required for the longer lease like in a three month or longer time frame. we will provide a transfer station card for your household garbage to be taken in.or garbage pick up can be arranged for a fee. the snowplowing cost can be shared cost with the owners, yard care is mostly done by the owners or can be shared duties also for less summer time rent. parking for two or three vehicles and a boat and trailer if needed on the lease, there is no smoking in the unit and no pets to be in the unit your guest pets also, no subletting of any duration of time to use the unit while your gone. Flexible rent terms to start out like month to month rent or longer term can be offered to a qualified persons 3 or 6 months or longer.
